On September 25, 2012 Bill Burch passed away. He left an incredible legacy. From 1964 to 2012 he touched the hearts and lives of thousands with his gift of a hand-carved bolo tie. Bill is missed dearly but we know his legacy will always live on.
His challenge to receive a bolo encouraged scouters to live their lives in alignment with the scout oath and law and to do their duty to God and their country.
