A Scouting Legacy

Growing throughout the mountains of Utah are the aspen trees from which these unique caricatures are carved.

The inspiration for this folk art comes from fifty years of working with boys, hundreds of weekend campouts and countless hours of campfire songs and stories.  Thousands of these carvings have been awarded to men and boys in the hope that they will deepen their commitment to the Scout Oath and Law.

Now, because of the urging of many friends, these carvings are being offered to you.  They are completely hand-crafted, from the cutting of the original tree to the final touch of varnish.
